Council’s Urban Planning Delegated Committee (UPDC) will consider a report on the recommendations of the Planning Panel for C413boro Part 3 (3-5 and 17 Lynch Street, Hawthorn) at a public meeting.

We will invite relevant owners/occupiers and submitters to speak at the meeting.

At the meeting, the UPDC will decide whether to:

• Adopt the changes recommended by the Panel and/or Council officers.
• Refer the amendment to an Ordinary Council Meeting with a recommendation to adopt the amendment (with or without further changes).

• Refer the amendment to an Ordinary Council Meeting with a recommendation to abandon the amendment.

The meeting agenda includes an officer's report on the amendment. This report has a summary of the Panel’s recommendations and the officer’s response to these, as well as the officer’s recommendation to the UPDC.
